Pastor Donna R. Williams is a Saved preacher who has ministered in God's vineyard for over two decades. She received the gift of Salvation on February 7, 1992 and knows that although the Spirit of the Lord is upon her to preach and teach the gospel of Jesus, heal the broken hearted, preach deliverance to the captives, recover sight to the blind, and set at liberty those that are bruised; and have enough faith to remove mountains, without love she is nothing.

On Wednesday, August 12, 1998 at 10:35pm she received her Call from the Lord to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ (through a detailed vision with specifics projected three years into the future), and simultaneously heard the Spirit of the Lord breath (speak) Hidden Strengths Ministry into existence. Hidden Strengths was offically founded on March 17, 2001 and Pastor Williams later recieved her licensed to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ within the Baptist church on July 4, 2005.

Additionally, Pastor Williams is aware that before the foundations of the world, she was with God and it was He who called her from her mother's womb and made mention of her name. As a result, it is with this knowledge that she desires to assist others in reaching their full potential in God. Per the instructions from the Holy Spirit, Hidden Strengths ministers and encourages the "whosoever".

Furthermore, under Pastor Williams' leadership Hidden Strengths has clothed, empowered, fed, fought, and prayed for others in order that they would not give up and continue to walk towards their expected end. Consequently, this feat has been done through trusting God, persevering in the power of the Holy Spirit, and preaching and teaching the Word of God.

Lastly, Pastor Williams is an advocate of education. In that, she believes that the advantages of education should enable understanding, but will never replace the power of the Holy Ghost. Thus, Pastor Williams has earned a Master of Science Degree in Management: Health Care Administration; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management with a Minor in the field of Gerontology, and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Management.  Finally, Pastor Williams is the mother of one adult daughter and resides in the state of Maryland.
